Cracked Gold Covers the adidas Samba OG “Ice Blue”

The adidas Samba OG “Ice Blue” is getting a more decorative treatment for Spring 2027, with a crackled metallic finish taking over much of the upper.

The pair combines a pale blue base with a cracked gold foil effect, creating a worn, almost ceramic-like look across the side panels and toe. The uneven metallic lines break through the Ice Blue surface throughout, giving the otherwise familiar Samba a much more textured appearance.

Cream suede Three Stripes and matching overlays add some contrast, while light blue suede lands around the eyestays and heel. Metallic gold branding appears on the tongue, tying back to the crackled detailing across the upper.

A translucent brown gum sole finishes the pair underneath, keeping the classic Samba shape intact while letting the unusual surface treatment do most of the work.

The adidas Samba OG “Ice Blue” is expected to release during Spring 2027 via Adidas.com. Pricing and an exact release date have yet to be announced.
