Messi Wins MLS 2025 MVP; adidas Honors the Inter Miami Star with Graphic T-Shirt

Whether or not you were backing Inter Miami in its run to another MLS Cup throughout the year, one thing can't be argued: Lionel Messi is Major League Soccer's Most Valuable Player.

After beating the Vancouver Whitecaps 3-1 to win back-to-back league titles, Messi joined a legendary group of athletes to win consecutive campaigns in North American sports. The Argentine superstar finished the 2025 MLS season having scored 29 goals in just 28 games; he scored six goals in six games during Inter Miami's Playoffs run. Messi was selected was the League's MVP.

To celebrate the occasion, adidas launched a graphic t-shirt with images of Messi accompanied by MVP 2025 text—the M taking after the 38-year-old's logo.
