China's ANTA Sports has had a busy last couple of weeks. After announcing its intention to the motion to become a major shareholder in PUMA, the company has shared that it'll be opening up a new U.S. flagship location in Beverly Hills.
Found at 330 N Beverly Drive, the ANTA store's grand opening coincides with NBA All-Star Weekend. As such, a number of signature athletes—including Kyrie Irving and Klay Thompson—will be in attendance for the ribbon-cutting event.
According to the sportswear giant, the flagship has been "[d]esigned to function as more than a retail destination." Instead, ANTA Beverly Hills aims to be a community and cultural hub that'll host a slew of programs—from run clubs to activations. Furthermore, the shop should see the celebration of Chinese-American heritage, sport, and performance innovation.
The ribbon-cutting ceremony for ANTA Beverly Hills takes place on Friday, Feb. 13, at 10 a.m. PST.
