Kidrobot has introduced a new Hello Kitty and Friends x The Powerpuff Girls collection, bringing together characters from the Sanrio universe and the Cartoon Network series through a small range of collectible vinyl figures and plush toys. The items are available now for pre-order.
The release presents several characters from Hello Kitty and Friends styled with visual cues from Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup. Figures such as Hello Kitty, Kuromi, Cinnamoroll, and Badtz-Maru appear in crossover-inspired designs that blend elements from both franchises.
Kidrobot is offering the collection in two formats. A set of vinyl collectible figures reinterprets the characters through the exaggerated proportions commonly associated with designer toys, while the brand’s PHUNNY plush series translates the same concept into soft plush versions of the characters.
The collaboration continues Sanrio’s steady presence across pop culture partnerships and collectible products. Characters like Hello Kitty have appeared in a wide range of collaborations over the years, including streetwear projects with BAPE, as well as various toy and lifestyle releases.
