Air Jordan 3 "Paris" Retro Expected June 2027
The Air Jordan 3 isn't too far off from its 40th anniversary. As such, it's expected to appear in new color schemes throughout 2027—including a Paris-inspired ensemble.
The news has been reported by the trio of X user @zSneakerHeadz, Sneaker Files, and Sneaker Market, and arrives as handfuls of Air Jordan retros for the new year have already been confirmed through authorized and unauthorized photos. According to the initial report, sneaker features a "White/Abyss" color scheme and a handful of special details inspired by France's capital city.
The earliest speculative mock-up of the "Paris" AJ3 depicts the shoe as replacing the iconic elephant print around the forefoot and heel with a floral damask pattern. "Nike PRS" branding should appear on the spine, while the mudguard is expected to include subtle cursive writing denoting Michael Jordan's connection to Paris—a relationship that began in 1985, was nurtured throughout his professional career, and lives on through thoughtful initiatives and the ongoing Paris Saint-Germain partnership.
Stay tuned for official product shots and more details connected to the retro's release, which is currently anticipated to take place sometime in June 2027. The sneakers should launch globally via Nike.com/Jordan, although they may also turn out to be a France-exclusive.
