Air Jordan 41 “Amethyst” Drops November 27
Jordan Brand’s gemstone-inspired Air Jordan 41 lineup continues with the upcoming “Amethyst,” scheduled to release on November 27 for $205. Foot Locker currently lists the Black/Concord colorway for the late-November launch.
The “Amethyst” theme carries a personal connection to Michael Jordan. Amethyst is the February birthstone, tying directly to MJ’s February 17 birthday, while the gemstone is associated with intuition within the Air Jordan 41’s wider storytelling. Jordan Brand built the model’s color program around gemstones and different facets of greatness, with the Amethyst specifically modeled after Jordan’s birthstone.
Visually, the pair pairs a black mesh base with glossy Concord purple overlays across the upper, giving the performance model a dark, jewel-like finish. Underfoot, the Air Jordan 41 combines a full-length Zoom Strobel unit with ZoomX foam and additional Zoom Air cushioning, while its new 3D nano mesh upper is designed for lightweight containment and breathability.
The colorway has already picked up a major on-court moment. Gabby Williams wore the Air Jordan 41 “Amethyst” as the Golden State Valkyries captured the 2026 WNBA Championship, including their decisive Game 7 victory over the Atlanta Dream. Williams scored 30 points and earned Finals MVP honors while wearing the upcoming pair.
