Jayson Tatum and the Boston Celtics have their eyes set on another Larry O'Brien Championship Trophy. And while the world waits to see how their NBA Playoffs run pans out, the All-Star player has unveiled a fashion-inspired edition of his Jordan Tatum 3 silhouette.
Dubbed "Blue Denim," the latest offering from Jordan Brand features a "Light Armory Blue/Ocean Fog/Ashen Slate/Sail" color scheme. Its presentation draws similarities to boro and sashiko-inspired footwear from the larger Nike, Inc. conglomerate. Textile panels cover the entirety of the basketball shoe's upper, with its inherent design allowing for different shades of denim to share the spotlight. Contrasting red accents appear along the tongue and at the profiles, breaking up the tough jean fabric; paisley prints and crosses follow suit.
Underfoot, the color story stays the same, although the performance-oriented sole unit forgoes the tunnel outfit-inspired details. Nevertheless, shades of blue and off-white round out the package.
