Endrick & Timothy Weah Debut New Balance "Neon Tide" Pack Today
If you've been following Timothy Weah, Bukayo Saka, or Eberechi Eze for a handful of seasons, you're surely familiar with the New Balance Football portfolio of products. Ahead of the 2026 World Cup™, the Boston-based brand repositioned itself for the sport's biggest stage, signing young talent and launching new offerings to tap into fervor for "the beautiful game."
Today, the brand unveils a standalone football boot range for the World Cup™" the "Neon Tide" Pack.
Consisting of Furon, Tekela, and 442 franchises, the "Neon Tide" Collection differs from the pink "Pure Ambition" Collection that most New Balance-sponsored footballers laced up for the tournament's Match Day 1. Brazil's Endrick and USA's Weah, however, will debut the brand new "Neon Tide" Tekela V5 and Furon V9 in their matches against Haiti and Australia, respectively.

Alongside Saka, Endrick was the face of New Balance Football's recent Stone Island collaboration. It was believed, then, that he could wear the project's "Sulphur Green"-colored Tekela V5 throughout the duration of the tournament, but the 19-year-old is set to wear the "Neon Tide" pair against Haiti in Match Day 2 of Group C.
The aforementioned Stone Island range unveiled the Furon V9 to the world; Saka wore it in England's match against Croatia on Wednesday, June 17. It's possible that the Arsenal star continues to wear the street-approved edition of the Elite football boot, but he could also switch to the new "Neon Tide" Pack in following matches. U.S. forward Timothy Weah, however, will have the honor to debut the commemorative Furon V9 on the World Cup™ stage.
All three styles—Furon, Tekela, 442—see "Alkaline Green" and "Metallic Blue" colors animate components across their builds. The 442 favors a "White" leather base, allowing for more eye-catching tones to claim branding and supporting accents. Endrick's boot-of-choice sees a blue-and-green finish, while Weah's Furon v9 opts for gradient touches that speak to the lightness (177 grams (6.24 ounces) in a Men's U.S size 9.5). As New Balance's lightest global football model, the latest Furon is all about unlocking breakaway speed.

"I spent a lot of time with the product team to give feedback on the Furon v9 so it feels right in realistic game movements," said Bukayo Saka. "I tested out small details that will affect the comfort and performance on the pitch."
Ivory Coast's Yan Diomande, who recently penned a heart-felt letter to his sister, Roxane, in The Players' Tribune, said the following about the Furon V9: "The design stood out to me right away. The Furon v9 colors are bold and make the boot look fast on the pitch."
"Neon Tide" styles of the current New Balance Football lineup are expected to release via NewBalance.com by Monday, July 6.
