NHL’s New Hometown Remix Collection Celebrates All 32 Cities
Release
2026.11.03
The NHL and Fanatics are giving every team in the league a hometown-inspired makeover.
The new Hometown Remix program introduces special-edition uniforms, apparel and headwear for all 32 NHL teams, with each design built around the culture, history and identity of the city it represents. Rather than relying on one shared theme across the league, every jersey takes a distinctly local approach.
Some lean heavily into team history. The Boston Bruins return to an all-brown look inspired by the franchise’s inaugural season, while college-style lettering and details nod to Boston’s strong university culture. The Los Angeles Kings, meanwhile, celebrate 60 years with a purple design featuring Hollywood-inspired lettering, palm tree details and six diamonds representing six decades of Kings hockey.
Others go directly into the character of their cities. The Dallas Stars pull from the city’s skyline and neon energy, the Nashville Predators reference country stagewear and rodeo tailoring, while the Vegas Golden Knights tap into casino culture with playing-card details, roulette-inspired graphics and a jade-green felt treatment.
There are also several notable throwback and alternate-logo moments throughout the collection. The New York Islanders bring back a reworked version of the classic Fisherman identity, the Carolina Hurricanes place mascot Stormy on the front crest for the first time, and the New York Rangers replace their usual chest treatment with a NEW YORK wordmark inspired by the city skyline and Lady Liberty.
Nature and geography play a major role, too. Colorado incorporates Rocky Mountain elevation graphics, Minnesota uses constellations and night-sky references, Seattle leans into the city’s maritime history, and Winnipeg draws from the Aurora Borealis with gradients inspired by the northern lights.
Taken together, Hometown Remix is less about creating one uniform story and more about giving each franchise its own. From local landmarks and architecture to team history, music, geography and fan traditions, the collection gives all 32 clubs a chance to tell a more specific story about home.
The NHL Hometown Remix collection is available now via Fanatics and NHL Shop alongside other retailers such as DICK's Sporting Goods.
