Caitlin Clark Debuts Nike Caitlin 1 Inspired by the Iowa Hawkeyes

Caitlin Clark and the Nike Basketball team continue to build out a roster for the Nike Caitlin 1. Today, the Indiana Fever star laced up a never-before-seen gold-and-black pair in practice, inspired by the Iowa Hawkeyes.

Between 2020-24, Clark formed part of University of Iowa Athletics. During her collegiate hoops career, she became the NCAA Division I all-time leading scorer and led the Hawkeyes to consecutive national championship games (2023, 2024). The Iowa-native left her mark on Hawkeyes Basketball, and she continues to celebrate the program while forming part of the WNBA.

The University of Iowa is a Nike School, so the Swoosh regularly preps gear for Hawkeyes fans. The two-tone Caitlin 1 doesn't feature official Hawkeyes logos, but the connection to the guard's alma mater is undeniable. A gradient gold animates the tactile upper, with the sole unit opting for a contrasting black tone. Profile swooshes feature the two marquee colors, along with a shimmering metallic outline that pops against the matte finishes.
