Ja Morant's Budget Nike Model Is On The Way
Nike and Ja Morant are expanding the Memphis star's footwear lineup with the introduction of the Nike Twelve Time, a new team model set to arrive in Fall 2026. Positioned as a more accessible option alongside Morant's signature series, the Nike Twelve Time marks the first takedown sneaker in the Ja Morant footwear family.
The model first surfaced through an Instagram post from Morant himself before new imagery revealed a closer look at the silhouette. While it carries a distinct identity of its own, the Nike Twelve Time shares several design cues with Morant's signature line, including a low-cut build geared toward quickness and explosive movement on the court.
Early looks showcase a sleek performance-focused upper paired with a sculpted midsole and textured heel counter. The debut colorway features a gradient finish that shifts between deep purple and teal tones, giving the shoe a bold appearance while maintaining a streamlined profile. The outsole extends slightly up the sidewalls for added stability, while a prominent Swoosh sits across the lateral side.
Importantly, Nike is bringing the model to players of all ages. The Ja Morant x Nike Twelve Time is expected to release in men's, grade school, and preschool sizing, priced at $90, $85, and $75, respectively. Those prices make it one of the most affordable performance basketball options currently linked to a signature athlete.
Official unveiling details are expected soon as Nike prepares for the model's Fall 2026 debut.
