
LABELHOOD, the pioneering fashion culture experience community for young Chinese people, is getting its own Nike Sportswear collaboration. For its debut canvas, Tasha Liu's platform has chosen the trendy Shox Z Calistra.
Previously reworked by Copenhagen's NAKED imprint, the Mary Jane-inspired Nikes now get a black-and-red makeover thanks to LABELHOOD. A thinner Shox setup than what's found on the popular Shox R4 appears at the heel, falling in line with the rest of the silhouette's sleek design. The Women's-exclusive design sees numerous lacing and lockdown setups across the top of the shoe, which abandons traditional tongues in favor of a Mary Jane style. Textured patent leather panels bring more personality into the shoe, which is sure to win over niche audiences that are always looking for bold fashion choices.
