LeBron James, officially a Philadelphia 76er, has already begun teasing the Nike LeBron 24 as he readies for his return to the NBA's Eastern Conference. And yet, new pairs of the milestone LeBron 23 continue to surface.
The latest Nike Basketball design for "the kid from Akron" has been previewed by Frankie Walker Sr., a father figure for the four-time NBA champion, via Instagram Stories. The sneaker photo was captioned with "20 x 23" as a callout to the pair being a hybrid of the current LeBron 23 and LeBron 20 signature silhouettes. The mish-mash presentation is more looks than functional tweak, bringing multi-layered Swooshes to the sidewalls. Nevertheless, the update showcases that there's still some juice left to the LeBron 23 story before James moves onto his 24th signature shoe.
Stay tuned for more details on the LeBron 23 x 20. Pairs of the "Hyper Pink" style previewed by Walker Sr. should release via Nike.com, Foot Locker, and other popular retailers by late October.
