Diehard Knicks fans obviously took an issue with the statement shared on Instagram, but, whether they admit it or not, LBJ has proven himself in "The World's Greatest Arena" across 22 years—a feat no other professional basketball player can stake claim to.

No one knows when exactly "King James" will retire from the NBA, but what's certain is that his opportunities to play at Madison Square Garden are winding down.
