Nike's Air Foamposite One Lands in "Phantom/Barely Volt" for Holiday 2026

Nike Basketball continues to reimagine the beetle-inspired Air Foamposite One in new color schemes.

According to Sneaker Market and X user @zSneakerHeadz, Eric Avar's design from 1997 will launch in a "Phantom/Barely Volt/White/Sequoia" ensemble as part of the Swoosh's Holiday 2026 lineup. An initial speculative mock-up posits that the sneaker's ridge-laden upper opts for a glossy off white finish. Numerous details across the top-half are expected to follow suit while the dimpled outsole sees a semi-translucent, faint neon green makeover.

Past footwear offerings with similar sole units have featured glow-in-the-dark capability. It's unsure whether or not the newly-rumored Foamposite will also don this eye-catching feature, but it wouldn't be out-of-the-norm for the model.
