The Nike Air Force 1 continues to add elevated makeovers to its roster.
Over the last few months, handfuls of pairs have either launched or been previewed by the Nike Sportswear team. These efforts are intentional as the Swoosh builds up anticipation for the Air Force 1's 45th anniversary in 2027.
Recently, a lasered offering surfaced, clad in a "White/Marrakesh/Picante Red/Light Orewood Brown" color scheme. A backstory to the sneaker hasn't been disclosed by Nike at the time of writing, but the intricate, ornate patterns etched onto the upper and mention of "Marrakesh" as an official hue used by the brand suggest the sneaker is inspired by Morocco and the greater North Africa region.

If the long-anticipated Free The Youth x Air Jordan 16 is indicative of anything, it's that the NIKE, Inc. Family is finally ready to celebrate the continent of Africa on a global scale. The lasered AF-1 is part of this effort.
The bulk of the newly-surfaced '07 LV8 pair is done in a clean "White" finish that allows for the slightest contrast to pop. Forefoot and mid-foot panels feature curved lines that recreate traditional, decorative architecture—be it on windows, doors, or gates. A special Swoosh emblem lands on the lateral heel and silver lace dubrae, further nodding to cultural inspo.
Stay tuned for firm Nike.com release details of the "Laser" Air Force 1. Pairs could land by November.
