Nike Adds “Hydrogen Blue” to Its Suede Air Force 1 Run

Nike’s softer side of the Air Force 1 Low continues to take shape in 2026, with another muted suede colorway joining what now appears to be a wider seasonal run. After surfacing in several understated tones over the course of the year — including the previously revealed “Linen & Sanddrift” edition — the latest pair arrives in “Hydrogen Blue,” giving the classic low-top a cool, washed-out finish for summer.

The Nike Air Force 1 Low “Hydrogen Blue” follows the same formula as its predecessors, trading the model’s usual all-leather build for a more textural suede arrangement. Pale blue overlays cover the mudguard, eyestay, heel, and quarter panels, while a slightly softer grey-blue shade lands across the toe box and mid-panel. The result is subtle, tonal, and easy to wear, staying close to the Air Force 1’s familiar shape while giving it a softer lifestyle feel.

White leather Swooshes and heel tabs provide contrast, while matching blue laces and lining keep the palette clean from front to back. The standout detail appears near the lateral heel, where a small metallic gold mini Swoosh adds the same jewelry-like finish seen across other pairs from this running pack. It is a small touch, but one that gives the shoe a more polished edge without overcomplicating the design.

Underfoot, the pair keeps things simple with a light grey midsole and outsole, tying the upper together while maintaining the everyday versatility that has made the Air Force 1 one of Nike’s most enduring staples.
