Nike Basketball's Book 2 Gets the "Kay Yow" Treatment

Devin Booker and his Nike Basketball family continue to reimagine the Book 2 silhouette in compelling new styles.

Shortly after unveiling the "Must Be the Denim" style that celebrates the University of Kentucky Wildcats, the partnership has presented the long-anticipated basketball sneaker in a pink-heavy ensemble. The special project forms part of the Swoosh's long-standing relationship with the Kay Yow Cancer Fund, which celebrates the life and legacy of Sandra Kay Yow. The newly-surfaced pair is similar to Booker's contribution to the "Warning Label" Collection prepped for NBA All-Star Weekend in that its molded upper shimmers. A cancer-related emblem is found on the lateral heel, nodding to the shoe's inspiration.
