While not a signature sneaker for one individual athlete, the Nike G.T. Cut 3 Turbo has all the qualities of one. Over the last year, handful of hoopers across the NBA and WNBA have been showing just how up for the task the silhouette is.
Recently, the third in the Greater Than Cut series emerged in one of its bolder makeovers yet. A "Multi-Color" ensemble introduces shades of blue, pink, and purple across the breathable, lightweight upper. Mixed-materials construction opts for a gradient presentation, a staple within the Nike Air Max catalog. The rollover guard on the lateral forefoot, however, indulges in a carbon fiber-reminiscent finish. Nearby ZoomX foam and herringbone-patterned traction also deviate from the top-half's vibrant tones; instead, they don off-white and gum brown updates.
Together, each aforementioned element brings a fashionable aesthetic to the high-performance offering from Nike Basketball.
