De’Aaron Fox Draws Up a Sharpie-Themed Under Armour Fox 2
Before the NBA stage, De’Aaron Fox’s ideas lived in school notebooks. Under Armour and Sharpie are revisiting that early creative ritual with a limited-edition collection inspired by the sketches, memories, and people that helped shape his journey.
The capsule is led by the Under Armour Fox 2 x Sharpie, priced at $130. Every graphic featured across the shoe began as a hand-drawn Sharpie sketch based on ideas from Fox before being developed into the final design.
Personal details appear throughout the pair. “Swipa,” Fox’s longtime nickname and a reference to his ability to steal the ball, is joined by poppies honoring his daughter and a crown representing his son. The notebook-style artwork gives the performance model a loose, expressive finish while keeping the storytelling closely tied to Fox.
For Fox, the project is ultimately about encouraging creativity beyond basketball. The guard described the collection as a reminder of being a kid, filling notebooks with ideas and allowing imagination to lead the way.
The D. Fox x Sharpie collection launched exclusively through Under Armour on July 23, with the Fox 2 retailing for $130.
