Under Armour has announced the rosters for the 2026 UA Next City Classic, bringing together 41 rising boys and girls basketball prospects from across the United States and Canada for a one-day showcase in Baltimore.
The event takes place August 15 at St. Frances Academy Gymnasium, with the girls game tipping off at 12 p.m., followed by the boys game at 2 p.m.
NBA All-Star De’Aaron Fox and Baltimore native Derik Queen will serve as coaches and mentors throughout the event. Queen will lead Team Queen alongside assistants Mookie Dobbins and Terrell Myers, while Fox will coach Team Fox with Nick Myles and Patrick O’Connor.
The boys field features 21 players spanning the Classes of 2027 through 2030, including 16 prospects ranked by national recruiting services. Class of 2028 standouts Isaiah Hamilton, Myles Hayes and Xavier Young are all rated among the nation’s top 20 by multiple outlets, while 2027 guard Jarvis Hayes Jr. and Indiana commit Chase Branham are also among the higher-ranked names in attendance.
The girls roster includes 20 players, with 18 ranked by at least one major recruiting service and eight listed among the national top 25. Ivanna Wilson Manyacka, a Class of 2027 standout from The Bullis School, enters as one of the biggest names in the field after earning the No. 2 national ranking from ESPN, 247Sports and Rivals.
The Class of 2028 is also heavily represented on the girls side, including Nyajuacni Riak, Ella Peper, Janiyah Hargrave, Strawberry Blankumsee, Payton Caudle, Marlee-Michelle Coleman and Brookslee Colvin.
Baltimore and the surrounding region will have a strong presence as well. Maryland natives Darrell Davis, Mancho Junior, Jordan Costley, Terence Jones III and Wilson Manyacka are all set to compete, alongside McLean, Virginia native Sabrina Anderson.
The UA Next City Classic sits under Under Armour’s broader UA Next platform, which gives emerging athletes opportunities centered around competition, development and exposure.
