Adidas Superstar Vintage “Croc” Channels High Fashion for Summer 2025

Few silhouettes have matched the adaptability of the adidas Superstar. From its hardwood roots to the streets and runways, the shell-toed icon has continually evolved with fashion’s changing tides. Now, with animal prints firmly back in rotation, adidas has unveiled a new faux croc skin take on the model that feels right on time.

This upcoming Superstar Vintage edition arrives clad in a brown-tanned croc-embossed upper, delivering a rich, textured look that leans into luxury. The supporting panels don’t fall short either — smooth black leather Three Stripe overlays and heel tabs bring a supple contrast, while soft tan liners round out the elevated feel inside.

Underfoot, a vintage-style black rubber sole and shell toe retain the model’s classic DNA, offering a balanced foundation for the bold upper. Signature Superstar branding is finished in metallic gold along the sidewalls, adding just the right touch of retro finesse to complete the package.

Notably, this isn’t the only animal-inspired Superstar on the radar today, with a leopard print rendition also surfacing, hinting at a potential pack or seasonal theme from adidas Originals.
