Pink Flower Patches Bring Spring to This adidas Samba Mary Jane

adidas Originals has been enjoying the success of its Mary Jane-inspired Samba. Aptly-named the Samba Jane, the reimagined silhouette for women continues to appear in brand new colorways, which now include a flower-covered "Core Black/Clear Pink/Silver Metallic" makeover.

The Women's adidas Samba features a classic suede T-toe and satin-reminiscent base layer. Both of these elements opt for pitch-dark finishes that allow for the slightest contrast to pop. Profile 3-Stripes branding does just that with its pretty "Clear Pink" flair, which has appeared on several spring/summer offerings over the years. "Samba" text on the lateral side indulges in a shimmering metallic tone that nods to the decades-old franchise.

The standout detail on the newest Samba Jane, however, is the series of flower-shaped patches placed around the heel and on the mid-foot lockdown strap. These fabric patches bring a fashion-forward touch to the footwear style born in sport, further proliferating the shoe's pink hue.

An official adidas.com release date for the black-pink Women's style is unknown, but the Samba Jane should launch by November.
