Following the retirement of Diana Taurasi’s No. 3 in Phoenix today, Nike is preparing to bring one of her memorable player exclusives out of the archive.
Taurasi’s Nike LeBron 9 PE is expected to receive its first retail release on February 19, 2027, coinciding with NBA All-Star Weekend in Phoenix.
The pair arrives in a predominantly black and purple color scheme tied to Taurasi and the Phoenix Mercury, bringing back a look originally created exclusively for the WNBA legend during the LeBron 9 era.

Taurasi was closely associated with LeBron James’ signature line throughout her playing career, regularly receiving exclusive colorways that never made their way to retail. The upcoming release will give people their first opportunity to purchase this particular PE.
It will also mark the first LeBron 9 release since Nike last brought the model back in 2022, putting the silhouette back into rotation nearly five years later.
The Diana Taurasi x Nike LeBron 9 PE is expected to release on February 19, 2027, for $250.
For more on Nike Basketball, the Nike Ja 4 "Nightmare" has finally released.
