These Nike Air Maxes Are for Every Scorpio You Know

Although some of the most-anticipated Nike Air Max 95 retros have received the Big Bubble-treatment over the last 14 months, the silhouette continues to deliver eye-catching ensembles with plumper cushioning solutions.

The latest arrives in a "Black/Gamma Blue" color scheme and features scorpion graphics throughout. It's accompanied by a similarly-styled Air Max Plus VII.

Specifics about the inspiration behind the Air Max duo have yet to be disclosed by the Swoosh, but the pairs could be part of a wider zodiac sign collection by Nike Sportswear. The bulk of AM95 silhouette opts for a pitch-dark look, although matte and glossy finishes share real estate, keeping the shoe from being just another stealthy option. By comparison, the Air Max Plus-variant sees a rich blue print across its upper, drawing attention from the jump. Vibrant hits of blue also land on the older model, animating the tongue and laces, Airbags, and parts of the outsole.

Both pairs feature scorpion graphics on a lateral heel tab and underside of the heel Air Max unit (Air Max 95), and tongue badge (Air Max Plus VII).
