The Nike KD 19 “Berry Blast” is one of the colorways that was hiding in plain sight from the start.
First teased during the model’s official unveiling earlier this year — by way of a comical video starring Kevin Durant and Drake — the pair now gets an official look, giving Durant’s 19th signature shoe another bold entry in its growing run of tonal colorways.
Like the early KD 19 releases before it, “Berry Blast” leans into one dominant shade and lets the silhouette’s shape do the talking. A bright blue finish covers the molded outer shell, midsole, outsole, heel, and sidewall structure, giving the shoe a dipped, futuristic look. Slightly lighter blue mesh appears across the tongue, collar, and lace setup, adding some texture while keeping the pair locked into the same color family.
That approach continues to suit the KD 19 well. The model’s raised side detailing, sharp shell-like overlays, molded Swoosh hits, and low-profile build already give it plenty of movement, so the single-color execution feels intentional rather than flat. KD branding appears on the tongue and insoles, while the glossy finish gives the colorway its biggest visual punch.
Performance remains the foundation underneath. The Nike KD 19 continues Durant’s line with a low-cut build, sculpted containment, and a cushioning setup made for versatile scorers who need comfort, control, and quick separation across the floor.
The Nike KD 19 “Berry Blast” is expected to release in the coming months, though no official date has been confirmed at this stage.
