Pokémon & New Era Come Together for Cap Customization—Only in South Korea

The 30th anniversary celebration of Pokémon continues with a cap customization program offered by New Era South Korea.

Fans of both fitted caps and Pocket Monsters will surely be disappointed by the news, but those who find themselves in the Asian country have something to look forward to come Friday, May 8.

Interested parties can customize their New Era cap of choice with a variety of heat-sealed patches, including those of: Pikachu, Bulbasaur, Charmander, Squirtle, Jigglypuff, Snorlax, and other elements from the Pokémon world.

This customization will only be available in-store at the following New Era locations:

• Seoul: Hongdae, Apgujeong, Myeongdong, Bukchon, Yeouido IFC Mall, Starfield COEX
• Gyeonggi: Starfield Hanam, Anseong, Suwon, Unjeong, Goyang
• Incheon: Square One, Bupyeong
• Chungcheong: Daejeon Yuseong
• Gyeongsang: Busan Gwangbok, Busan Lotte Seomyeon, Pohang
• Jeolla: Gwangju Chungjang-ro

Special-edition Pokémon New Era Pins will be available for purchase in-store and online. This range also brings some of the most-iconic members and items of Satoshi Tajiri's universe to decorative form for your favorite caps.
